AustCham Lao, in partnership with our member Gamlangchai, is hosting a one-day interactive training program called, “Thriving at Work: Strategies for Wellbeing, Resilience, and Burnout Prevention.” This program is designed to support AustCham member organisations in strengthening workplace wellbeing, improving employee resilience, and preventing burnout across all levels of staff. It will be especially useful for HR teams, managers and line supervisors, but all levels and sectors of your team can find relevance and application of the topic.
In today’s evolving work environment, organisations in Laos face increasing pressures related to workload, performance expectations, and workforce wellbeing. This training responds to those challenges by equipping participants with practical, culturally relevant tools to better understand stress, recognise burnout early, and build healthier workplace cultures that support both people and performance.
The training combines evidence-based mental health approaches with practical workplace application, ensuring participants can directly apply what they learn to their daily roles. It encourages a shift from reactive stress management to proactive wellbeing and prevention strategies within organisations.
