Each year, the Responsible Business Awards (RBA) celebrate businesses across Laos that demonstrate a strong commitment to responsible practices, including ethical operations, environmental sustainability, and meaningful social impact.

Themes for 2026

This year’s Awards spotlight two key dimensions of responsible business:

• Natural Resource Management – Honoring companies that safeguard Laos’ natural assets through sustainable and inclusive practices.
• Diversity and Inclusion – Celebrating organizations that foster equitable participation and create workplaces where all voices are valued.

Award Categories

• Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: up to 25 employees
• Larger Enterprises: 25 or more employees
