AustCham Lao Annual General Meeting FY25-26

AustCham Lao is pleased to invite all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

MEMBERS ONLY

The AGM is an important annual gathering for AustCham Lao members to come together, review the Chamber’s activities and progress over the past year, discuss key matters concerning the organisation, and confirm the Board of Directors who will support the Executive Team to shape the direction for the year ahead. It is an opportunity for members to engage with the Chamber’s leadership, connect with fellow members, and contribute to the continued development of the Lao–Australian business community.

As per the AustCham Lao Constitution, the AGM will cover:

• Outgoing President’s report;
• Results of the Election of the Board;
• Treasurer’s report and Auditor’s statement;
• Any other matters.

A reminder that the Board Nomination process is currently underway. Should you wish to nominate for the BoD, please submit your nomination form to executivedirector@austchamlao.org by COB September 11, 2026. Further information regarding candidates, voting, and proxy arrangements will be provided to eligible members ahead of the AGM (if a vote is required).

The September Sundowner will take place from 5.30pm onwards after the AGM at the same venue (S.N Residences). This is open to members and non-members and a SEPARATE registration page will used. If you plan to join both events, please register for both events.
